Articles: Fun and games until there is work to do.

While personal accounts are great and tell a personal story, a member of Press must generate articles about the convention gleaned from the whole convention experience. I planned to write a few articles based on the industry panels I attended, but the industry panels I attended were pretty much repeats of industry panels from previous conventions. The main difference was instead of waiting a few months for the release of a new anime, people now had to wait a few weeks. Missing the Press Junket on Wednesday due to air travel was also a major blow to my plans. If only I knew about the Junket sooner, I would have booked my flight earlier.

Nevertheless, here are a few Anime Expo related articles I wrote to reflect my convention experience as well as a few videos shot during the convention.

Working in Anime Through the JVTA: Tom's summary of the JVTA's services based on their infomercial during the Sunday panel.

D.Gray-Man Season 1 Review: Tom reviews the fan-favorite action anime and occasionally turns to fellow Anime Expo attendees to fill in parts of the story he missed during the initial viewing.

Anime Expo 2009 Review: Tom thinks about the changes in quality of this year's Anime Expo compared to his previous seven years attending the giant convention. The more things change, the more things stay the same.
