Traveling Valentine loves to receive your email and responds to it as promptly as possible. To prevent potential delays or "accidental" loss of your email, please note the following:

Coverage

  • Our coverage schedule is subject to change due to funding, lodging, personal emergencies, emergence or cancellation of prior commitments, and acts of God.
  • While we attempt to cover a broad area during conventions, we may miss a few panels or events due to the inability of the human body to be at two places simultaneously. If we do not talk about it, chances are we did not not cover it.
  • Anything you say during a convention may be taken out of context or misquoted.
  • You may link photos onto your blog, Facebook, and cosplay portfolio as long as they actually are photos of you and you credit us by retaining the watermark.
  • We can remove objectionable photos of you by request.
  • If you are emailing about a particular photograph taken during a convention, please include a link to the photograph in question. A brief description of "That cosplayer with the nice tits" will not help; especially when referencing photos from Nice Tits Con.
  • Do not ask for the name or contact information of any cosplayers. We usually do not have that information and even if we did, we keep that information to ourselves.
  • Any claims of rabies caused by Tom's bites are investigated thoroughly before disregarding completely.

Articles & Reviews

  • Tom writes anime reviews exclusively for The Escapist and writes most of his other articles for Associated Content. Any comments regarding these articles are best directed to those respective sites.
  • The Escapist provides Tom with the anime he reviews. You mayrecommend him an anime to review and he will forward your suggestions to them if you really want to see his take on a particular series.
  • Guest articles are accepted after a screening process.

Staff

  • While we like to engage in healthy debate over our published views, we ignore insulting emails full of misspelt swear words, unfounded references to the sexuality of any of our crew, and 4chan references like we ignore emails from Nigerian royalty seeking to hide his or her fortune.
  • We select additional Traveling Valentine Associates and Staff at our own discretion.
  • No, Tom will not pick you up from the airport.
  • Yes, we know Michael does not talk much. We are working on that.
